Hi, I’m Jody. After more than 20 years working in transformation, change, and improvement across the public and private sectors—and 5 years as a solo consultant helping organisations build partnerships, improve services, and co-produce solutions with residents—I realised something important: real change happens when people come together.

From organising care and support for an ageing relative to helping an overwhelmed parent regain balance, my team and I provide practical, hands-on support to help you overcome life’s challenges.

How it works

We’ll start with a conversation to understand your situation and what you need. From there, I’ll create a tailored plan based on your circumstances. Depending on the type of support required, I’ll either work with you directly or connect you with one of my trusted team members who specialises in that area — ensuring you get the right expertise at the right time.
